·        With the current Corona Virus Outbreak, we have implemented new procedures to help minimize the risk to our employees and customers.

·        We will remain open with normal business hours.

·        We have eliminated any amenities (coffee, snacks, etc)
Our employees will be wearing gloves throughout the transaction

·        We have eliminated any hand shaking

·        We have enhanced our cleaning efforts to sanitize with the wipe down of all common areas hourly (door knobs, handles, stools, chairs, etc)

·        We have added additional hand sanitizer stations for our employees and customers to use.

·        Our employees are instructed to wash their hands every hour or more often if they have been in contact with multiple people

Sales Dept

·        We will limit the test drives to 1 person per vehicle per drive.

·        We will shorten the vehicle orientations once you have purchased the vehicle & offer remote sessions

·        During the signing of your sales documents, we will limit 1 person at a time in the finance offices

·        We will offer vehicle purchase deliveries (at your location) and complete the paperwork at your location

·        We will complete as much of the paperwork online as possible to minimize your time spent here.

Service Dept

·         We will greet service customers at their vehicle and use our mobile devices to complete the transaction with the elimination of signing our documents

·         For a small fee, we will offer pick up and deliver to our service customers

We will still offer Lyft/uber at your discretion
